Should have 10-12 years of experience - Should have worked as a developer and then took up the Architect role. - Experience with narrow cast server will be huge plus - Experience with Report Services Documents (Dashboards). -Experience with Rolling Metrics, Nested Metrics, Relationship Filters, etc.. - Experience with VLDB Properties (multi-pass sql, hints, etc) - Should have worked with Oracle databases and have done tuning of the databases. - Haddop experience will be nice to have - Should have worked in Agile methodology.
