*Role:** Level3 & Level2 Support Consultant with AMS, "SLA's*

*Location: Georgetown, KY*

*Work Duration: Contract *

*Interview: Phone/ Skype *



*Required Experience and Technical Skills*:-
· The project is to provide AMS services that has L3 support involving
stringent SLAs and business critical data. Awareness on L1 & L2 process
required.
· Ticket resolution by code fix / data fix or suggestion of work arounds.
· Willingness to quickly adapt to the given environment and handle support
applications within a short span by working with the users to understand
the issues and resolve them.
· Stakeholder management, communication knowledge of Incident management
best practices.
· Ability to quickly assess the situation and employ optimum remediation
steps while ensuring minimum impact to business.
· Collaboration with other support vendors to ensure business continuity is
achieved with minimum to no impact on business.
· Ability to put together standalone code snippets that can help to analyze
the log files and help identify the issues quickly as needed.
· Exposure to Automotive domain and database tuning is an added advantage.
· Onshore offshore co-ordination is required.
