The Information Security/Assurance Analyst is responsible as the Manager of Information Security. Primary responsibilities for the Information Security Analyst include ongoing management of vulnerability management and incident response programs and will assist with security administration and monitoring initiatives as required. *Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:* - A four-year degree in Information Technology with an information security emphasis - preferred, or equivalent relevant experience – required - One or more certifications required. CISSP, CEH, GSEC, GPPA or equivalent level of certification - 5-7 years of combined IT and security work with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, applications development, and database design and network administration. - Detailed understanding of the following network protection devices: Firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), log analysis, malware analysis tools, security event monitors, etc. - Experience and/or familiarity with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS) or other industry system hardening guidance. - Experience in conducting security vulnerability assessments including standard penetration, testing methods, and usage of common tools such as Nessus, Qualys, Nexpose, nmap, MetaSploit, etc. - Knowledge of application systems, network architecture, multiple platforms and new technologies from a security perspective to include firewalls, intrusion detection, Windows server, network architecture, DNS, VPN, application, database and operating system security, web-based systems and single sign on technologies. - Experience with, and understanding of, healthcare industry is preferred. - Technical expertise in core infrastructure and layered security, i.e. Windows, UNIX, Cisco, Web Servers, OSI stack, etc. - Strong analytical, writing and exceptional communication skills. - Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Ability to routinely multi-task between the tactical and the strategic; ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team effort, OSI stack Windows, UNIX, Cisco, Web Servers, OSI stack *Strong previous experience with Qualys* - Project- Implementing Qualys in next 60 days - *Contract* only for candidates with only Qualys experience - *Wish-List * for candidates with Qualys and STIGS (security Technical Implementation Guide) experience Thanks Nikhil Prasad [email protected] 201-620-9700*130 Apetan Consulting LLC -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
