Location for both the position – San Francisco, CA *1) Senior QA – Automation – Big Data * Skill Set: · Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE or similar and at least 5 years of professional experience. · 5+ years in a Senior or Lead position · Very strong skills in Java serious SW development. · Strong experience working with large scale backend processing (ETL) and data warehousing technologies. · Experience in Hadoop & Big Data is a huge plus. · Experience with ReviewBoard, Crucible, GIT, SVN are a plus. · Experience with Junit, TestNG JD: · Design, develop, and document test framework enhancements in Java. · Design, develop and document sophisticated test automation class libraries for backend processing. · Design and implement new testing frameworks for future products and features. · Technical Lead and Primary code reviewer for all framework and test code written in the company for the Big Data platform. · Coach other Quality Engineers in best practices in ETL test automation and design *2) QA – Automation – Backend API * Skill Set: · Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE or similar and at least 5 years of professional experience. · Very strong skills in Java or doing serious SW development. · Experience with Restful API · Experience working with and configuring continuous integration systems (e.g. Jenkins) · Experience in Hadoop & Big Data is a huge plus. · Experience with ReviewBoard, Crucible, GIT, SVN are a plus. · Experience with Junit, TestNG JD: · Design, develop, and document test framework enhancements in Java. · Design, develop and document sophisticated test automation class libraries for backend processing. · Design and implement new testing frameworks for future products and features. · Implement testability features (such as detection mechanisms) in the application under test.
