The Technical Consultant must be an *expert with ServiceNow Platform* and
be able to provide assistance and support to the Customer in the following
- Experience with Onprem to Cloud conversions
- Application workflow design and application development
- The development of integration test plans and system testing
- Configurations and customizations
- Knowledge articles and technical documents
- Go-Live and post Go-Live support
- Technical assistance and knowhow for defects and bug fixes
- General observations, recommendations to the Customer's ServiceNow team
- Mentoring and knowledge transfer
