<p><strong>Primary Skill : Enterprise Search</strong></p> <p><strong>Exp : 2-4 
</strong></p> <p><strong>Description :</strong> We are looking for an 
individual to improve our Enterprise Search platform used daily by 100k 
internal employees. This individual will be developing enhancements to our 
Enterprise Search platform as well as parsing through usage data to find 
actionable items to improve search. This incumbent should have experience with 
either IBM Watson Explorer or similar Enterprise Search platforms. In addition, 
strong analytical abilities are required for this individual to process large 
amounts of usage data to find ways of improving the search experience. </p> 
<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul>
<li><strong>Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Search, preferably IBM Watson 
Explorer </strong></li>
<li>Extensive experience in<strong> XML and XSLT </strong>
</li>
<li>Strong SQL experience with <strong>Oracle databases </strong>
</li>
<li>Candidate should posses strong analytical skills and be able to abstract 
information from existing code </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li>
<li>Ability to work and understand a complex <strong>application 
environment</strong> </li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as with team members across various 
time zones </li>
<li>Ability to evaluate large data sets and find actionable data to drive new 
projects </li>
<li>Understanding of NLP and how to create machine learning algorithms is a 
plus </li>
<li>PHP experience is a plus </li>
<li>Experience with Atlassian DevOps tool set is a plus </li>
<li>Experience working in an Agile SDLC environment is a plus </li>
<li>Experience in <strong>performance tuning web applications</strong> </li>
<li>Expertise with architecting applications based on business requirements 
</li>
<li>Understanding of Linux and command line skills </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with 5+ Years of IT experience with analysis, design, 
development, and maintenance of large enterprise systems </li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision. </li>
<li>Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle phases including 
system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation </li>
