- knowledge of data management best practices knowledge in data
profiling, data reconciliation
- *experience defining data collection, (data governance) workflows,
customizing to their organization *
Description:
*Technical Business Analyst - Data Governance Team*
- Document and drive to resolution cross channel data issues raised to
the program
- Perform analysis on .net, java and mainframe API/webservices
- Work across practice area group to drive strategic solutions
- Support SMEs update of business rules, and definitions in the business
glossary
- Support with the business case, requirements elicitation, fit/gap
analysis, and preparation of functional design documents
- Write unambiguous, verified requirements to a testable level
(functional and non-functional)
- Work with SMEs to model systems, user interface design, and
prototyping, decision tables/trees, data flows
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
- Adhere to newly developed data management policies and procedures
- Support overall testing strategy and approach, including:
- Review test scripts and provide feedback and confirmation to QA and
UAT teams prior to start of each testing cycle
- Actively participate in the testing of requirements from beginning
to end and identify issues as early as possible
- Follow CR process for approved changes by updating requirements and
socializing with key stakeholders (i.e. DEV, QA, UAT and BU team)
- Support management of Tactical Issues, including:
- Tracking deadlines and progress
- Work with the business around any ambiguity within the requirements
provided
