*Job Title: ** Configuration Manager* *Location: Plano,TX / Richmond,VA* *Duration: 12 Months +* *Job Description:* • Maintain the integrity of Network Owned Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) are identified, cataloged and tracked throughout their lifecycle • Perform audits and remediate attribute errors or omissions • Provide Configuration Management support to Voice Network associates and contractors that are responsible for the installing, upgrading and decommissioning equipment • Conduct process audits, document and communicate results • Provide updates to configuration admins, establish priorities and assist with managing workload Must Have: • Experience and knowledge of Asset/Inventory and Configuration Management, methodologies and best practices • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present findings in a clear, concise manner • Ability to problem solve – leverages active listening skills and seeks first to understand Skills: • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others • Ability to influence and negotiate Basic Qualifications: • High School diploma, GED or military experience • ITIL Foundations certification - V2 or higher Preferred Qualifications: • 1 year of experience working within an ITIL framework or similar Operations model • Familiarity with Client Service Manager (HPSM) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience Regards, Anand Tiwari Pyramid Consulting, Inc. 804-212-0484 (O) / 804-414-0525 (C) ad.tiw...@pyramidci.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
