I am the Senior Executive Recruiter at Sonoma Consulting and I am currently working to fill a role for a *. Data Migration Leads San Diego, CA 6+12 Months * Local Candidate only preferred, in not local minimally need to be west coast based. Time on site will be 80-90% *Title:** Data Migration Leads* *Location: **San Diego, CA* *Duration: **6-12 Months contract** USC and GC * The role requires candidate is intimately familiar with SAP master data in one of the areas: Vendor, Customer, Finance and Products. This role more of a Data Conversion expert not just from technical aspect but understanding the fields from a business aspect and HOW to get legacy data translated into SAP format & loaded in SAP. This Role will be working on large integration project migrating a newly acquired company into the parents SAP implematation. This role will be writing the SAP requirements that the legacy IT developer will use to translate legacy data into prescribed format so that legacy data can be loaded into SAP. *Qualifications/Requirements: * · Hands-on functional experience in an SAP implementation with a focus on master data, data conversions, integrations and data mapping. · 5-10 years of experience with MDM and SAP consolidation · Functional/technical proficiency in one or more areas of SAP, with 2-3 years experience desired. · Ability to analyze ‘As Is” and ‘To Be’ business processes and assist with identification of fit/gap for business requirements against system functionality. · Ability to collaborate with business counterparts, having a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple business processes while further developing your career. · Ability to work with multiple operating companies with differing process/systems. · Ability to structure and define daily work activities with little supervisory input. · Strong interpersonal skills - ability to develop relationships and interact effectively with all levels of the organization, considerate of opinions, sees others as partners, treat others with dignity and respect, inspires trust, follows through on commitments. · Good analytical and problem-solving skills · Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, team environment with an ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks. · Good written and oral communication skills, can clearly communicate objectives, ideas and plans. *Preferred Skills* · Experience with project work and project work teams. · Work experience in a manufacturing organization. · Experience in systems development (Traditional life cycle), systems analysis, business application implementation and support. · Experience with Data migration tools like Winshuttle or similar tools. *Master data knowledge required in one of the following areas: *Vendor, Customers*, *Finance*, *Products Thanks Sharon Kolluru - Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
