ODM expects the contractor to take ownership of BRD/FS items; proactive and persistent behavior. - Data Warehouse experience. - Healthcare experience; 5+ years as BA/DA - 5 years of claims experience, some clinical data experience, data analysis exposure - STRONG SQL skills - Application Knowledge, which he/she would learn after coming in. We need a quick learner, pro-active one. - SQL creation, documentation and presentation skills – very important for DA role. - Going to office 5 days a week.
