I am the Senior Executive Recruiter at Sonoma Consulting and I am currently
working to fill a role for a *Functional Ariba Business Analyst*

that will be based on site in *Allentown PA*



Job Title: Functional Ariba Business Analyst

Location: Allentown PA

Duration:  9 + Months



Job Description



•          Must be able to speak to the technology around the tool and have
an understanding of supply chain.

•          Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp/utilize technology
solutions and concepts.

•          Previous experience resolving vendor problems or issues Ariba.

•          Previous supplier enablement experience using ARIBA.

•          High level of proficiency using (P2P, SIM, APC), Ariba, Excel,
and Word.

•          Able to work well independently and effectively with others in a
team setting.

•          Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•          Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration
and interpersonal skills.

•          Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiative as
well as develop dashboards and reporting to track Enterprise supplier
performance.

•          Excellent experience with MS Office products.

•          Industry experience is a plus.

•          Experience with supplier scorecards using Ariba Supplier
Information and Performance Management a plus.

•          Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•          Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to
deliver results.

•          Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to
resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

•          Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility - to users,
colleagues, and to the quality and timeliness of one's own work; a
willingness and desire to "do what it takes" to support the business.

•          Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with
minimal supervision.

•          A continual desire and capability to learn.

•          Utility experience is a plus.

•          Demonstrated understanding of supplier performance management
and procurement.

•          Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp/utilize technology
solutions and concepts.

•          Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration
and interpersonal skills.

•          Experience with ERPs and MRPs helpful but not required.

•          Excellent experience with MS Office products.

•          Industry experience is a plus.

•          Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•          Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to
deliver results.

•          Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to
resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

•          Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility - to users,
colleagues, and to the quality and timeliness of one's own work; a
willingness and desire to "do what it takes" to support the business.

•          Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or
other technical field.

•          A minimum of 1 to 2 years in analytical position performing
business analysis, process improvement activities.

•          A minimum of 1 to 2 years utilizing Ariba Supplier Information
Management & Performance.
