perm </strong></p> <p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience 
with cloud services (AWS and/or Azure). You know the “gotchas,” potential 
problems and how to setup a geographically redundant service in the cloud.</li> 
<li>Strong understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (e.g. 
TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, HTTP and distributed networks) </li> <li>Solid 
experience with managing O365 (email &amp; office suite), Mimecast, Okta (SSO), 
Active Directory, hosted and SaaS based software solutions. </li> <li>Technical 
knowledge of infrastructure technology both on premise and IaaS. This includes 
– Server management, LAN/WAN/Wireless (Cisco &amp; Meraki) networking, storage, 
security, communications etc.</li> <li>Experience in managing external vendors 
(SaaS, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)) ongoing maintenance/support.</li> 
<li>Knowledge of and experience with regulatory requirements – cGXP, Privacy, 
etc.</li> <li>Solid Project and Time Management skills</li> <li>Good 
understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies</li> 
<li>Ability to adapt quickly to new business processes, technologies and 
changing business requirements</li> <li>Experience with Puppet or Chef a 
plus</li> <li>Ability to work well and collaborate with a wide range of team 
members: technical, business subject matter experts and stakeholders, 
especially under stress and with changing priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job 
Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to be 
hands-on in all aspects of IT design, implementation and support</li> <li>5-10 
years relevant IT experience including 5+ years in Biotech/Pharma </li> 
<li>Experience implementing and supporting enterprise solutions such as O365, 
AWS, Azure, SharePoint, Mimecast and Active Directory.</li> <li>Strong 
technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards and 
network and PC operating systems, primarily Windows based but aware of iPad and 
other technologies</li> <li>Knowledge and experience with industry regulations 
including; Computer System Validation, applicable FDA regulations, 
Sarbanes-Oxley, Mass. Privacy, Privacy Shield etc.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree 
in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field</li> 
<li>Previous experience in rapidly growing organizations is preferred</li> 
<li>Strong management, collaboration and interpersonal skills</li> 
<li>Exceptional customer service orientation </li>
