Job Title: Sr. Financial Reporting Consultant Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6+ Months Job Summary: Through the combination of creative and strategic thinking, and a focus on the smallest details, the efforts of the Global Financial Reporting team have a significant impact on the company’s results. This team provides guidance to company leadership through analysis of company operations and by providing financial reporting as a basis for strategic decisions and improving operating performance. Experience Guidelines: • 9-11 years of experience within FP&A or financial operations • Experience in budgeting and forecasting cycles • Committed, detail oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication skills to clearly and accurately convey complex metrics and analysis to internal teams and all levels of management • Demonstrated ability to theorize, develop and refine creative financial/operational models • Ability to understand, infer and communicate relationships between metrics and operational and financial processes • Executive presence necessary to work with senior level management • Superior Excel skills including experience with financial/operational model building • Hyperion Financial Manager, Salesforce and Oracle experience preferred • Thrive under pressure and deadlines in a fast paced organization with positive attitude Education: • Bachelor’s degree required • MBA preferred Thanks, Arjun D -Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
