+</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong><br> Experience with <span 
class="gmail-il">Ping</span> Identity solutions<br> Experience with Windows and 
Linux operating systems<br> General networking knowledge of protocols like 
HTTP/S, TCP/IP<br> General knowledge of protocols such as SAML, OAuth, or 
OpenID Connect is a plus<br> Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 
experience</p> <p><br> - Experience of one or more enterprise-grade Identity 
Management solutions from vendors in the marketplace (for example Oracle, CA, 
IBM, Okta, <span class="gmail-il">Ping</span> Identity, SailPoint etc.) and 
integrating these systems in customer environments to drive business 
benefit<br> - Consultant delivery and project leadership experience; including 
structuring, coordinating and controlling multiple projects, managing that 
project delivery<br> - Good interpersonal skills both with colleagues and 
customers – must be personable, confident and enthusiastic about the subject 
matter<br> - Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, including 
design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support<br> - 
Experience in external and/or internal client facing or consulting roles<br> - 
Exposure to a variety of programming languages and technologies, including, but 
not limited to, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, and 
MS/SQL<br> Preferences<br> - Degree in a relevant technical discipline<br> - 
3-5 years’ experience in building and implementing technology solutions<br> - 
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies<br> - Direct experience with UML 
modeling (an advantage) and requirements gathering/documentation techniques<br> 
- Direct experience in working within hybrid teams made up of vendor, 
contractor and customer teams (an advantage)</p> <p><strong>Role 
Responsibilities</strong><br> - Implement Identity and Access Management 
Solutions to meet customer requirements<br> - Presenting to and liaising with 
customers, conducting meetings and workshops, interviewing, documenting 
methodologies and processes, reports and other customer deliverables<br> - 
Leading the planning and execution of various customer projects to budget and 
timescale<br> - Assessing client needs, project scoping and proposal 
preparation<br> - Implement within project scope, achieve goals and 
deliverables as well as project tasks and resource requirements and 
timescales<br> - Leading and mentoring other members of the team where 
necessary<br> - Communicating with all levels of project stakeholders, from 
budget holders and C-Level stakeholders, to engineers and support staff<br></p>
