We are looking for an Oracle Demantra Techno-functional consultant with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Demand Management (must), Predictive Trade Planning (plus), and Deduction Setlement Management (plus).* As a techo-functional analyst, the candidate should be able to troubleshoot production issues reported by end users, identify the root causes, and identify acceptable wokaround alternatives. The candidate should have a deep level of experience in Demand Management (DM), and a fair level of knowledge in Predictive Trading Planning (PTP), and Deductions Setlement Management (DSM). Technically, the c*anidate should be strong in the PL/SQL programming language, SQL, the database model of DM, PTP, and DSM, and basic working level of the Oracle RDBMS.* The candidate: - is able to understand the system configuration, and the system intended behavior and functionality - is able to discuss issues and improvements with business owners, and other stakeholders, - is able to develop small application enhancements (Demantra) in cooperation with other team members, - is able to troubleshoot Demantra issues, and knows debugging tools within the application, - is able to bring production issues to acceptable resolution in a timely fashion, - is able to coordinate deployment of fixes and enhancement through the established change management process - is self-sufficient to produce and support the customization programs used within the Demantra application, and work with Oracle support to troubleshoot and correct any defects in the standard programs. - has worked in at least 2 full implementation cycles of the Demantra in recent years. - ideally has had exposure to ITIL processes, production support services and comply to the good practices and processes followed by IT departments Specialized in : *Demantra, pl/sql, SQL* Management skill: Coordinates work with business, other area leads (within the team) and the remote teams (within same account); drives resolution of issues and implementation of small enhancements.
