IDM (Identity Management) EMS (Windows Security). Produces enterprise-level designs for Active D Could be FIM (Forefront Identity Manager) or MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) The key is “global” the person that will fit this position need to have in depth knowledge of how to design and operate a global enterprise domain, understand a “follow the sun” 24/7/365 (no real downtime) type of operation. They are close to 40,000 users globally. *Education level: * *Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science* and a minimum of 5years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This role requires an in depth knowledge of Active Directory, Federation (AD FS), Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, Win. Sec., AD Proxy, Azure AD, Virtual Directory solutions and related Technology. Produces enterprise-level designs for Active Directory, Identify Management and Windows File Services for global initiatives following those through to implementation via collaboration with project and Back Office support teams. Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery where possible. Serves as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. Install and configure and maintain Active Directory and third party utilities for system within company operational guidelines. Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation. *Microsoft Vendor certification MCSE or similar.* *Expert knowledge* of DNS, DHCP, WINS< DFS, in a Windows 2012 landscape.
