*Duration*: 18 month with extensions *Interview*: Two step interview process and will hire off of Skype *Citizenship*: *US Citizen, EAD, Green Card and H1’s are OK* *BIA Required Skills: * - Working with Big Data technology - Data warehousing (develop / design) - Data-Modeling - DataMart’s - ETL / Informatica, etc . - Database background: SQL Server, Oracle, Couch, PostgreSQL, etc … - Pentaho Data Integrationà *Nice to have, If they have other REQUIRED skills.* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* - Developing OLTP, Data Mart, and Data Warehouse models for USAC programs - Developing Master Data domains for USAC’s Master Data Management system - Designing and optimizing data mart schemes in order to handle the dimensions and measures required - Creating Schemas using Pentaho Infrastructure for Reporting & Analytics - Serving as sole subject matter expert in the development of business intelligence reports and analysis - Researching and integrating external data sources into USACs OLTP and Data Mart environment - Managing reporting environment including report data sources, security, subscriptions and metadata - Assisting in data normalization and data integrity initiatives across the enterprise - Assisting Data Warehouse Engineers in identifying and revising enterprise reporting requirements - Evaluating, testing and implementing new or upgraded software - Troubleshooting problems pertaining to reports and the reporting database environment, working closely with other IT members, especially DBAs, Systems Analysts and Systems Engineers, identifying the cause and designing or developing an approach for resolution - Assessing impact of changes and updates to source production systems, planning and implementing resulting changes to reports - Working directly with business owners and analysts in the development of requirements and user stories for data solutions - Assisting with the development of data related APIs for the exposure of USAC data to external customers - Conducting end user training on reporting system - Other duties, as assigned *About You:* - You have 5 to 7 years of experience performing the duties outlined above in a professional environment - You possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or university (preferably Information Technology [e.g., Databases] and/or Business) - You have 5 or more years with relational databases, requirements gathering, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and SQL programming - You have 4 or more years of experience with SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services and Excel - You have 3 or more years with Pentaho PDI - You 2 or more years with Pentaho Business Intelligence Suite, SQL Server Analysis Services, Oracle 10G, Visio, SharePoint 2007 and Financial reporting - You have experience with Access - You have an uncanny ability to track records in entity relationship and dimensional modeling - You can easily translate logical models into physical implementation - You have outstanding analytical skills, including translating unstructured strategic questions into a structure d program of research, disaggregating drivers of performance, and exploring relationships between multiple pieces of data, and testing and identifying the underlying performance measures - You can prepare and deliver information in a concise, professional written format, using it to present to staff in formal settings - You have an incredible ability to synthesize research results into actionable strategies and recommendations - You are an analytical thinker who can make informed decisions quickly and manage multiple work streams - You have experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Pentaho BI Suite, SQL Server Business Intelligence Studio, Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server - You have experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, Erwin, TOAD for Oracle and creating visual displays for data analysis and presentation *Regards,* Vinay Kumar - IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc Direct: 609-606-2634 vi...@itbtalent.com www.itbrainiac.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
