There is an open position is for a performance tester with programming experience to work on a performance testing of our integration portfolio. The developer will be required to develop performance tests of integrations between applications using tools like HP Load Runner, Visual Studio, or custom coded scripts. • Come up with a right performance test approach, plan, strategy and work load model • Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results • Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures *Required Qualifications:-* • Understanding of Integration Protocols (SOAP, WebServices, Queuus, WebMethods, APIs) • Experience using XML or JSON in integrating applications • 6 + years of experience • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical personnel both verbally and in reports • Analyze performance results to identify performance bottlenecks along with Dev team, system, server and network admins to recommend enhancement options *Preferred Qualifications:-* • Scripting and programming experience using Java, C#, Javascript, etc. • Performance Testing experience in using tools like HP Load Runner, Microsoft Visual Studio, JMeter etc • Experience being part of a large scale and complex project.
