Act as primary liaison between business users and AD/QA project team. Manage user expectations, changes to requirements and project scope. *Functional Responsibilities:* Lead development of functional requirements and design documentation, coordinate testing and training. Gathers, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs. Act as a primary subject matter expert (SME) liaison between business users and IT project team. Manage user expectations and requirements scope. Facilitate functional requirements walkthroughs and responds to test team review questions. Lead functional documentation design (use cases, functional specifications, reports, screen prototypes). Review test cases. Work closely with project manager(s), architects, developers, test team, business users and outside entities (vendors and others where applicable). Works with project manager/project lead to ensure compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Provides estimates for work efforts on new projects and for on-going forecasting.
