| Key Skills : | Ø Minimum 1 or 2 years of coding experience in Java Ø Knowledge in Unix and shell scripting Ø Knowledge on PLSQL Ø Experience/knowledge in tools like Splunk, Elastic, Logstash and Kibana (Not Mandate but should be advantage to have) Ø 2 to 3 years of experience in Support projects and should be good in Support process. ITIL certificate would add value Ø Strong communication Skills both oral and written Ø Having experience in DevOps (Not Mandate but it would be added advantage) Ø Knowledge on version controlling system like CVS, SVN, GIT Ø Monitoring of applications Ø Software Configuration Management knowledge Ø Technical knowledge must haves: Good grasp of Java and programming concepts. Ø Knowledge of any one of the following Ø Application Servers( Jetty/JBoss/Weblogic/Tomcat/Websphere) /Webservers (apache/JBoss). Ø Must have experience in Unix based environment. Soft Skills: Ø Good oral and written communication Ø Aptitude and reasoning Skills Ø Analytical and logical thinking Ø Ability to multitask Ø Customer Management |
