*Please reply to ,* * [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Position: Business Intelligence Solution Architect* *Location: Deerfield, IL* *Duration: 6 months* Education/Experience - 5+ years’ experience in BI architecture design, multidimensional data modeling, DataMart design, data security, ETL, and process modeling within the Life Sciences Industry; - Experience documenting non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, capacity, security, scalability), creating/maintaining a solution Reference Architecture, documenting designs. - Good understanding of business concepts and operational processes contributing to commercial analytics - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to build consensus across business and technology stakeholders’. - Able to work in virtual teams and international exposure is a must – working well independently but also effectively within a group - Ability to multitask and a good judge of where to focus time and effort. - Experience with reporting tools like IBM Cognos, Microsoft BI and Tableau are preferred. - Experience with ETL, integration and scheduling tools including Data Stage, Control M, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Golden Gate is a major plus. - Excellent experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases - Ability to perform sizing of BI environment for optimal performance Language Skills - Excellent command of English, verbally as well as written.
