Anchor different phases of the engagement including business process
consulting, problem definition, discovery, solution generation, design,
development, deployment and validation; guide teams on project processes
and deliverables; contribute to effort estimation and proposal development,
client training and internal capability building with the objective of
providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers
within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.



*Must Have Skills*

Tool expertise- APM tools like Dynatrace, Testing tools like LR, Jmeter &
Database monitoring tools. Knowledge in IBM mainframe applications,
Expertise on AWS cloud.



*Job Description:*

·         Should be able to define and implement enterprise level test
strategy

·         Standardize and enhance existing processes to provide a more
refined approach for performance testing including mobile & network

·         Establish a framework that shall be used across all LOB’s
enabling efficient service delivery and uniform standards and practices

·         Strong NFR elicitation and NFR validation capabilities, should be
able to challenge NFR

·         Supplement the business with industry standards and assist in
Identifying the business critical transactions

·         Supplement the Architecture & Design Discussion with Performance
engineering best practices

·         Strong knowledge of work load modelling techniques for Model
Formulation, Model Construction and Model Validation

·         Expert in defining Capacity Planning, Assessment, capacity
prediction and Hardware Sizing

·         Expert in articulating details of performance test environment in
terms of budgeting, infrastructure and code deployment

·         Knowledge on code profiling techniques, performance improvement
ideas

·         Expert in Performance prototyping, performance modelling.
extrapolation techniques

·         Abilities to define enterprise level test data strategy for
performance testing

·         Identify the APM tool to monitor and analyse the End to End
Enterprise solution and the integrated system.

·         Identify appropriate tests and publish standard monitoring and
analysis approach to extract performance metrics that can uncover critical
performance bottlenecks proactively

·         Preparing Closure Report/Document, providing performance
engineering recommendations and Confirm Deliverables Acceptance with
concerned stakeholders.Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon
to shoulder and execute:
