Senior Business Intelligence Developer in the Pittsburgh, PA area for a 6 month contract. Please take a look at the description below and share with me if you have anyone who may be a fit! *MUST PASS A TECHNICAL SCREEN PRIOR TO BEING SUBMITTED TO CLIENT,* Client will conduct interviews via Phone/Skype/F2F *Top 3 Required Skills:* · 10+ years of SSAS experience · 5+ years of T-SQL scripting · Strong understanding of the full SQL BI Stack *Fundamental Duties:* · Design, develop and implement stored procedures, functions and other artifacts in TSQL for data migration from staging area to EDW · Design, develop and implement the ETL process using SSIS, including data quality and testing · Design, develop and implement SSAS cubes for various business functions · Implement security requirements for the SSAS cubes using role-based or dimensional based · Assist in the installation and configuration of various MS-SQL BI infrastructure, utilizing referenced project documentation *Education and Experience:* · 10+ years of experience related to Microsoft BI development using SSAS · 5+ years of experience in writing T-SQL scripts on various versions of SQL server · 5+ years of experience with complete SDLC lifecycle in this area, including but not limited to requirements gathering, data analysis, design, development, QA, deployment · 3+ years of experience related to SSIS for data integration/ETL technologies · 3+ years of design and development experience in SSRS · 3+ years of experience in using SSMS for design of tables, views, common table expressions, foreign key constraints, and stored procedures · 2+ years of experience in SQL server 2012 is required, SQL server 2014 is preferred · 2+ years of experience in MDX, DAX language is highly required · Exposure to Power BI and Tabular reporting is preferred · Ability to accurately estimate the ETL and Data Architecture components of data integration, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting and Data Warehouse delivery projects · Strong analytical, attention to detail, organizational and core project management skills. · Strong teamwork, communication and customer service skills.
