We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for an *PeopleSoft General Ledger Lead Implementation Consultant *position that will be based out in *Lower Manhattan, NY*. *Job Title: PeopleSoft General Ledger Lead Implementation Consultant* *Location: Lower Manhattan, NY* *Duration: 4 Months (to be extended upto 1 year)* Working for a large international company, this consultant will work as a member of a Navint team responsible for the blueprinting design and implementation of a PS 9.2 General Ledger and related MODULES. The position will specifically focus on the following PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger, Treasury and Reporting. Candidate should be knowledgeable in PSFT 9.2 for a Fit Gap (9.1 to 9.2) of Cash Management, Financial Gateway and Treasury. Responsible for leading Fit Gap Sessions, documenting Fit Gap results and advising on new setup for 9.2 features in scope. Review the customer's customization's and integrations and make recommendations. *Minimum Qualifications: * · Minimum 7 years PeopleSoft FSCM functional experience · Should have PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 version preferred · Should have experience designing and writing functional specifications · Previous experience in providing support to users of the PeopleSoft FSCM application and serving as the lead consultant in General Ledger · Previous experience with PeopleSoft FSCM implementation projects is essential with emphasis on Treasury functionality *Work history should demonstrate the following skills: * · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation efforts · Ability to work in a team environment · Ability to work hands on with limited resources · Good interpersonal, written and oral communications skills · Solid organizational and time management skills · Prepare for and conduct rollout of systems to users at remote sites · Prepare policies and procedures for end user documentation · Manage interfaces between PeopleSoft and legacy applications *Specific experience: * · Involved in PeopleSoft Upgrade 9.1 to 9.2. · Creating business requirements documentation, prioritization of requirements, involved in implementation, work with developers on design, & provide post deployment validation on enhancements & break-fixes. · Validating data quality, business processes and reports are properly converted and functioning as expected. · Ensured manual configuration settings were properly keyed in PeopleSoft test environment/post upgrade; configure new profiles in PeopleSoft GL. · Reviewing test scripts and performed Regression, SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing.
