We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for an *Sr. eCommerce Business Analyst *position that will be based out in *WI/IL state line North of Chicago*. *Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Business Analyst* *Location: WI/IL state line North of Chicago* *Duration: Long Term* *CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO IL* *SHOULD HAVE STRONG E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE* *SUMMARY:* Supports the Internet function by performing the following duties. *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * · Mentor and train Business Analysts on Internet procedures and best practices. · Coordinate inter-departmental resources on website projects. · Analyzes and develops solutions addressing customer comments and issues. · Creates web site development specifications and business requirements. · Conducts analysis on web-site analytics and marketing metrics. · Responsible for the quality control of web site development and changes. · Maintains and develops concepts that address web site usability. · Prepares reports pertaining to web site operations and support. · Assists in the maintenance and development of the on-line procedure guide and knowledge database. · Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above. *EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * · Bachelor’s Degree required · 5 plus years experience, preferably in e-commerce · Proficient in Excel and Access Regards, Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
