Job Title: Business Analyst Location: City of IN Duration: 6+ months Mode of interview : Direct Face to Face *Responsibilities* · Consults with BSCs to identify needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems and input and output requirements. · Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and other industry standard tools and techniques. · Writes, maintains, tracks and documents functional specifications. · Creates process flows supporting business and functional specifications · Develops, coordinates, and implements test plans for testing business and functional processes during system development, quality assurance and end user testing. · Performs data analysis related to feasibility studies, cost/ROI and other objectives as required. · Makes process improvement recommendations. · Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests. · Documents policies and procedures. · Creates executive summaries and reports. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree. · IT training, education, and/or experience expected. · Business Analysis or Project Management training and/or experience strongly desired. · Effective communication skills. · Must be able to communicate with both technical and functional staff. · Detail-oriented. · Ability to use independent judgment, common sense in the performance of tasks.
