*Note:* - *Please share resume : **[email protected] <[email protected]>* - *Passport No & Visa copy is must to share.* *Senior Process/Systems/Business Analyst – Mobile Operations* Manager prefers candidate to sit in Richmond, VA but Towers location (McLean) is an option as well • *6 month contract* *The Candidate Will: * - Oversee the vision, strategy, and implementation for Mobile Operations across iOS and Android; own the business process operations across platforms and teams · - Support Mobile product teams with setting up data capture, experience monitoring, and creating dashboards and self-service tools; ensure any gaps are identified and addressed - Interact with key stakeholders in product, design, and tech, utilize digital analytics and metrics to create tangible value; align with other teams to leverage learnings around feedback as well as cultivating and sharing your own ideas - Gather and synthesize feedback from mobile teams, review patterns and trends in data and performance of platform, review customer voice to help with prioritization and future product enhancements; provide regular reporting to key stakeholders - Build three to five business process roadmaps for digital products (EASE Mobile 5x) in collaboration with , supplied intent owners and Agile development teams and coordinate with product, design, and technical teams to understand customer flow, data, APIs, and architecture needs. - Produce documentation, as required, through all aspects of a project including requirements, field and table-level descriptions, design, test plans, and support documentation.
