Thanks & have a good day! *Linux System Administrator* *Denver, CO* *3 Months* *Locals are highly preferred but someone willing to relocate for the project would also work* Linux System Administrator This role is responsible for the administration and support of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This includes coordination with the customer, the vendor, as well as the various stakeholder groups. There are currently six defined environments to be supported. These are DEV, TEST, and Production. This position will take functional guidance. This position is responsible for managing and leading the successful deployment and operation of the environments needed to complete this project. General Responsibilities include: *Responsibilities* Supporting the RHEL infrastructure that includes Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, Oracle 12c, et al, in multiple environment (DEV, TEST, PROD) system.Supporting access control for the above environments. Configuring and deploying for development teams in a fast paced, DevOps style approach. Migrating from kernel 2.6 to at least 3.1- working with cgroups, lxc and other container technology a big plus. Working closely with the Solutions Architect to ensure architectural compliance of the deployed environments. Working with the Vendor to troubleshoot any issues that occur.
