The successful candidate for this position is recognized as experienced implementation and management of complex Directory environments that meet the current and future needs of the business. This individual would be expected to define, monitor, and troubleshoot system performance to ensure conformance to regulations, standards and practices and participate in their creation and upkeep as well as This Lead Engineer with have responsibility for implementation and operations of highly available Active Directory systems with Level 3 proactive and reactive support of services. Effective planning and organizing of projects is a must. *Key Responsibilities* - Drive the consolidation and streamlined automation of support process in a multi-forest/domain infrastructure while establishing roadmaps of enterprise Directory environment. - Assist and guide application integration into Directory service including LDAP(S), and service account management. - Enhanced improvements in user account provisioning/de-provisioning process workflow. - Design and support of Directory integration with Cloud based services including AWS, Office365 and Google Suite sync tools. - Establish and drive an efficient Group Management strategy including identification, creation and dynamic modifications to user memberships. - Provide daily system analysis to proactively predict and detect systems errors or anomalies in order to ensure maximum uptime and service quality. - Write and maintain documentation that describes operating procedures and system configuration. - Perform other duties as assigned or as responsibilities dictate. *Qualifications* - Relevant bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Over 8-10 years of hands-on experience deploying and managing large scale, global, multi-site Directory environment in a highly available, mission critical SMB environment - Exceptional technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Active Directory Services including: Forests, Trusts, DNS, LDAP, DFS, Group Policies (GPOs), Identity Management, Forefront Identity Manager (FIM/MIM), ADFS - Experience with Quest Platform tools (Intrust, Change Manager, Reporter, Recovery Manager for AD, Forest Recovery Manager) is preferred. - Working experience with Collaborative platforms including: Office365/Google Apps, Exchange 2010/2013, and Skype2015/Lync 2010/2013. - Working knowledge of mail flow, email hygiene (AV/AS), SMTP, TLS, Outlook and Lync/Skype. - Experience in Scripting technologies, PowerShell, SQL, and monitoring tools is preferred. - Effective collaborator with both non-technical and technical staff - Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service focus - Motivated self-starter with a high attention to detail with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment -- Thanks Nikhil Prasad [email protected] 201-620-9700*130 Apetan Consulting LLC -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
