This position requires strong organizational skills and a broad knowledge of business processes. Must be able to communicate effectively and have a minimum of at least 5 years of business awareness. Candidate should be self-motivating and able to work independently. The qualified candidate should have IT and business systems application development/implementation experience, including development and programming of webMethods 9.x solutions in a large company environment. WebMethod Certification is highly desirable. Applicants should have experience in the following areas: all components of webMethods (Integration Server, Broker, Trading Networks, Monitor and Modeler), programming in Java and XML, strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL programming, and experience with SAP IDOCS, BAPI processing. Familiarity with emerging integration technologies and concepts (SOA, web services, BPM etc.) and data integration technologies. · Develop technical designs and high quality code using webMethods Developer Flow and Java services · Able to troubleshoot and help resolve security and Firewall issues. · Be able to relate previous experience of business processes to organization specific processes. · Participate in integration standard discussions, with such message standards as cXML, xCBL, ebXML, EDI X.12, EDIFact and enterprise development standards related to · Publish-Subscribe, Request-Reply and Event-based integration patterns. · Understand core elements of the following technologies: Databases, XML, UNIX, NT, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, Digital Certificates · Ability to effectively communicate (verbally/written) information that is complete, accurate and appropriate for both IT and Business leaders · Estimate effort involved in delivering EAI solutions for business problems/opportunities · Develop creative, and possibly reusable, solutions to non-standard business and technical problems.
