We are currently working on filling an exciting new *CONTRACT* opportunity
for an *Kronos Analyst* position that will be based out in *Atlanta, GA*.



*Job Title: Kronos Analyst*

*Location: Atlanta, GA*

*Duration: 6+ Months*



Client is seeking an individual as a Kronos Support Specialist for a
multi-faceted role that administers the day-to-day activities of the Kronos
Support Team. This person will work directly with the end-customer to
provide assistance with Kronos time and attendance, including:



   - Analyze reoccurring computerized data to identify and correct
   inaccuracies, trends, and compliance
   - Communicate with internal IT, payroll, and service center employees
   through email and phone to address data inaccuracies, trends, and compliance
   - Communicate with external facility management, human resources, and
   controllers through email and phone to address data inaccuracies, trends,
   and compliance
   - Time manage reoccurring data reviews, data reconciliation, and various
   communications to meet reoccurring weekly deadlines
   - Prioritize multi-location requests for: calculating inaccurate pay,
   clarification of coding usage, employee data changes, benefit balance
   updates, and miscellaneous reports
   - Perform HR related functions such as documenting benefit accrual
   discrepancies, documenting attendance discrepancies, documenting department
   metrics data, and conducting system training
   - Submitting, processing, and closing Kronos system/data issues
   - Assist IT in system data configuration/testing
   - Seek ways to improve/streamline internal and customer processes



Note: this role will assist in developing individual entrepreneurship
thinking by encouraging team members to think outside of the box and always
seek process improvements.

   - Ability to multitask and prioritize
   - Ability to accommodate holiday work should a holiday fall on a payroll
   Monday
   - Strong critical thinking skills to identify and eliminate waste, drive
   change, proactively anticipate and satisfy customer needs
   - Ability to work among all levels of the organization through teamwork
   and knowledge sharing
   - Effectively work autonomously as well as collaborate with others



*Work Experience Preferred:*

   - HRIS/HRMS experience, payroll experience, Kronos experience, time and
   labor experience, transactional data entry experience, human resource
   experience, accounting/finance education or experience
   - Bachelor's Degree preferred
