The 2 year program will establish a single document management system fully aligned with business processes, fully integrated with business master data, and fully secured but accessible to internal and external parties. The OpenText system will manage the entire document lifecycle to include creation, collaboration, and management of the document as the final record. *Required Skill set: * - The successful candidate should have strong experience with Records Management business analyst experience. - The candidate must be able to document business requirements; the candidate must also be able to assess whether or not a business problem can be solved with an IT system. - The candidate will act as the primary face of IT to the internal Customer and is the liaison between the user community and technical resources for all content management needs. - The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and be willing to take the lead on their own initiative. The candidate must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing business requirements and be prepared to learn and support a variety of project needs and new technologies. - The candidate must be able to prepare regular written and verbal presentations, test plans, and reports. - The candidate must be able to stay aligned with the project team and Enterprise Content Management teams. - The candidate must drive for continuous improvement in support processes, IT capabilities, and customer productivity.
