This individual will be involved with system, regression, and user acceptance testing. 4. Creation of training documentation and user guides. 5. Documenting process flows and validating them with users and subject matter experts. 6. Supporting and facilitating data conversion, including validation of data. 7. Post GoLive Support of CRMOD Opportunities, including identifying bug fixes and enhancements and creating respective specifications for development, testing, and deployment, of these fixes and enhancements. Desired Skills and Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience. 2. At least three years experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, including documentation of CRM business processes, and assessing how application of CRM best practices and leading CRM applications (Oracle CRM OnDemand, Salesforce.com, Oracle Siebel, etc). 3. 3+ years of Technical Design and Analysis in Oracle CRM OnDemand; as well as in depth knowledge of Oracle CRM OnDemand applications and demonstrated experience implementing Oracle CRM OnDemand solutions. 4. 3+ years experience as a customer interfacing Consultant within a software environment. 5. Strong time management and organizational skills. 6. Good communications skills both oral and written * * *Position 3* *Position: PMS Consultant* *Location: Cleveland, OH* *Duration: 4 Months* - Min 4 years of Domain experience in Employee compensation and Employee Personnel Development - Min 5 years of Experience in SAP HCM and 3 years of Experience in SAP Talent Management - 3 implementation experience in Performance management, at least one PMS implementation in PMS EHP4 - 2 implementation experience in SAP Compensation management and PD - Good Communication Skill - Should have worked in ESS / MSS projects *Position 4* *Position: SAP MDM Consultant Location:Benton Harbor, Michigan. Duration: Long term* *Mandatory Skills:* 1. Hands-on Project Management experience running SAP MDM projects (Upgrades/Implementations). 2.
