I am Ashish from IDC Technologies Inc. and currently having a job opportunity *Tableau Developer *in *NYC, NY. *It is a *Long term* contract role; kindly do let me know if you have anyone suitable available with you for this role. *Job description: Need locals* · Candidate will be responsible for creating business solutions to improve the overall efficiency, productivity and management of operating organizations by developing Tableau dashboards to create visibility into data and performance trends. · The Candidate will work closely with key business stakeholders to discuss organizational needs and gather dashboard requirements. · The Candidate is expected to be the primary Tableau developer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) as well as work closely with IT to ensure data view tables and data sources are accurate and efficient. *Skills & Requirements* *Hands-on experience with the following technologies:* · Tableau Desktop (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management) · SQL (able to write and edit queries) · Build & publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Server · Scheduling Dashboard for automatic data refresh · Data blending · Create action filters, parameters and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau · Synergize with IT to test, clean, and standardized data to meet the business standards · Must be well organized, detail oriented and demonstrates flexibility to handle multiple assignments · Must be comfortable working directly with business users, as well as IT team members. · Must have excellent oral communications skills, and writing skills.
