MBA background would help, but mainly need to have an understanding of technology in general. - Not looking for a technical person. Needs someone with more of a business acumen. This is a Business-oriented role, business comm. skills, presentation skills. - Would be helpful for the resource to have training experience, being comfortable to present data and findings in front of 200+ people. - *Example of Data analysis that resource will deal with: time cards, financials- hours, contract financials.* Will access different systems to gather data.
