*Job Description:* 10+ years experience Evaluate applications for a major application migration project for a large manufacturing company to transfer applications from a legacy data center into a cutting edge technology data center. Analyze application portfolio to create application migration groups. Define the migration strategy for each application. 8+ years of experience leading cloud application development teams Experience managing onshore and offshore teams. 6+ years Java application development. Experience in Designing and developing complex/ large scale data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data to generate insights and addresses reporting needs. Strong communication skills (visual and verbal) and demonstrated experience using those skills to convey innovative solutions to IT and business management Ability to identify patterns and characteristics of Cloud applications so they can be classified for re-use or improvement Experience developing and documenting cloud architecture standards to be used by the enterprise Ability to design options for cloud application development, cloud application deployment, private versus public cloud options, virtualization, containerization Experience identifying business processes and creating IT solutions that deliver those functions Experience working in a large corporate.
