Role: Business Analyst Location: St Louis MO Long term assignment Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: • 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in business analyses • Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline. • Works with the Product Owner and users/Technical team to write user stories • Provides guidance to team members on user story functionality. • Works with Product Manager to realize the product vision • Prioritizes the Product Backlog with the help of Product owner, adjusting any long-term expectations such as release plans • Supports the Scrum Master as needed and help identify potential issues as they arise to ensure the team is working as efficiently as possible. • Gathers and documents functional Requirements such as system calculations, data manipulation and processing, user interface and interaction with the application, and other specific functionality that shows how user requirements are satisfied and Non-functional Requirements such as scalability, interoperability, maintainability, portability, performance, and security. • Experience is developing use case diagrams using MS Visio • Microsoft Office skills, including working knowledge of Excel and Visio.
