Scrum Master Phone and in person 12 months Los Angeles, CA Long term position in Los Angeles: We currently have a contract opportunity for a scrum master who will lead Agile teams in delivering the project to scope, schedule, and the highest quality standards. Responsibilities • Assuming accountability for sprint deliverables • Acting as owner of the sprint planning meetings • Working with the Workstream leads to identify the sprint cards, deliverables, developers, and peer reviewers • Working with Workstream leads to come up with target CLT delivery dates for cards • Planning and facilitating requirements walkthrough and handoff meetings • Tracking the progress of development through daily scrums • Acting as the escalation point and enabler for development blockers • Updating Rally and maintaining burnup and burndown charts • Working with Workstream leads to identify the cards to be swapped during the first ten days of a sprint. Workstream leads are then responsible for change control board approval • Working with leadership on mid-sprint checkpoint • Enforcing review checklist and process. Confirming that Rally is updated with a checklist before cards are marked complete • Assigning capacity to validate final product • Planning and facilitating development testing handoff meetings • Planning for sprint demos • Planning and conducting retrospective meetings • Collaborating with other Scrum masters for scrum-of-scrums and intra-sprint dependencies To qualify, candidates must have: • Bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering, or related field) and minimum of 5 years related work experience • Previous experience as a scrum master in the P&C Insurance industry -- Thanks Nikhil Prasad [email protected] 201-620-9700*130 Apetan Consulting LLC -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
