*Responsibilities:*

Client  has implemented a Center for Excellence for Sales Force
applications.  The CoE needs to provide day to day support, Salesforce
maintenance and release management, and minor configuration changes.
Knowledge with Salesforce as admin, and knowledge of 3rd party app exchange
products is needed.  This support role will work closely with the
Salesforce release management support and the ALM tool which is eFTS Visual
Studio On-line By Microsoft/Team Foundation Server.

•              Generate and maintain metrics and dashboard reporting

•              Generate and maintain the Salesforce "CoE Demand Intake
Tool" tracking of project calls/needs

•              Manage and service SOM agencies in the demand intake process

*Required Skills/Experience:*

5 Years of experience with Salesforce

*Salesforce Administrator Certification Required*

5 Years of experience with knowledge of Salesforce projects and how they
operate, iterate and release

5 Years of experience with Salesforce orgs environment (sandboxes) and 34d
party app exchange partners (common ones)

5 Years of experience in writing deployment of Salesforce configuration
changes

5 Years of experience maintaining Salesfore Demand Intake Process and tool
for CoE.

5 Years of experience managing Dashboard reporting in Salesforce and in
SharePoint/ChangePoint

5 Years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator in an
Enterprise environment managing multiple organizations

*Skills/Experience Preferred:*

3 Years of experience with Ant scripts

3 Years of experience with build automation tools (examples: eTFS, Jenkins,
etc.)

*Additional Info:*

Hiring Manger prefers In-Person interviews for this position, but can
