Description:

•             Perform Change Management

o             Assessing the impact of the system changes

o             Identifying new or changed system functionality and its
impact to current system functionality and business processes

o             Identify affected end users

o             Identifying appropriate training support in the appropriate
modality (e.g., Instructor-Led (ILT), eLearning, job aids, etc.

o             Providing assistance with change communications such as:
writing emails and making presentation to communicate the changes and
impacts to stakeholders

o             Providing assistance with policy guide updates as determined

o             Developing appropriate training materials to support end users

o             Assisting with training logistics and delivery

o             Providing project management activities including creating a
project plan that integrates change and training activities & tracking and
reporting project issues

•             Perform Training Planning

o             The training plan will outline which training modules are
required, whether the training will be instructor led, web based, will
require work instructions and/or desktop documentation. The training plan
will identify which user groups require training and which training modules
are required and which are optional. A timeline for effective training will
be established to ensure training by Go Live dates. If lab sessions are
required, these will also be identified in the training plan.

o             The desk top documentation plan will include quick reference
guides and work instructions as needed for the various new processes that
are identified in the training plan. Work instructions will be created
through the use of the uPerform tool which will be provided and licensed by
the company.

•             Perform Stakeholder Communications

o             The communication plan will outline the types of required
communications as well as the cadence of communication to the various user
groups. Communication channels may include: emails, postcards, in person
meetings, dial in meetings, etc.
