for an *Business Analyst V* position that will be based out in *Houston, TX*
.



*Job Title: Business Analyst V*

*Location: Houston, TX*

*Duration: 6+ Months*



*MUST HAVE MINIMUM 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE*


*Summary of Key Responsibilities: *

*Scope of work-* Provide Business Analysis deliverables for ETC Planning’s
Prospect Project using Chevron ITC’s Requirements Management tools.



Relevant candidates will include dedicated Business Analyst who have 10
years' of experience with the below deliverables and requirements. Please
ensure the resumes clearly state in each previously held position on the
resume when they completed these deliverables and responsibilities. Please
also ensure resumes do not exceed 3 pages in length. The resumes should be
pointed and specific to the posting. Please remove irrelevant details in
the bullets of the resume, etc.



*Minimum deliverables using Chevron ITC’s Requirements Management framework
will include: *

   - Process Model / Workflows
   - User Persona for each role
   - Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
   - Use Cases, Descriptions and Maps
   - User Interface Layouts
   - Report Layouts and Table
   - Test scripts and scenarios
   - Security Roles and Permissions Matrix
   - Structured Walkthrough Sessions with Stakeholders
   - Training Materials



*MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS OF PERSONNEL *

   - A minimum of 10 years' of experience as a Business Analyst working on
   IT projects
   - Agile/Scrum experience for a minimum of 3 months as a Scrum Master
   - Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across
   department, divisions, functions, cultures and levels in a large global
   company. Guide teams to successful execution of strategies and network
   effectively and share best practices within and outside the company.
   - Demonstrated ability to use strong business acumen and creativity to
   identify opportunities to optimize delivery practices, processes, and
   models that align with and support business objectives.
   - Ability to use strategic critical thinking and analytical problem
   solving skills.
   - Demonstrated ability to engage key stakeholders and gain support by
   making a compelling case for change initiatives.
   - Demonstrated ability to plan and lead the implementation of process,
   or technical changes.
   - Ability to facilitate senior project teams, guided by a strong
   understanding of group dynamics while driving results and assist in the
   development of team business planning.
   - Ability to function as a core member of a program or project team
