You will be reporting to the IT Integration Services Manager, your role will be a Sr. EDI Analyst supporting the business on the SAP, JDE EnterpriseOne, BaaN, and other applications. Primary emphasis will be on supporting business analysis activities; developing high-level requirements for new IT enhancements/capabilities & supporting IT portfolio activities, and other related activities. You will also analyze IT systems functionality and integration with management, processes, structure, culture, and performance. You will conduct organizational analysis using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques to assess the effectiveness of the client’s IT systems relative to overall program goals. Daily you will: · Provide operational support for existing integration transactions · Coordinate assignment and follow-up on open integration support issues through to issue resolution · Oversee EDI mapping configuration and updates · Setting up new trading profiles in VAN partners · Provide updates to business team regarding open issues and resolution tracking. · Assist with preparing and reviewing systems documents and specifications · May contribute to development of, application test plan, test cases and evaluate test results to assist development or test staff · Assist with analyzing IT systems functionality and integration with management, processes, structure, culture, and performance · Opening, updating and closing support tickets in Easy Vista, as well as provide first level IT resolution of support requests · Participate in creating required project documentation based on business and functional requirements · Be available for after-hours support as required for operational support.
