SQM Performance and Load Testing Team Performance Engineers need to have
the following skills and experience:

- Performance Center 12.5 with Web/Http, TruClient, Java template protocols
required

- Requirements gathering and architecture analysis skills to assess
Application Team requests for Performance Testing services and determine
best means of performance testing applications

- Project management skills and managing multiple priorities as every
engineer will have more than one project in different stages of the SDLC

- Waterfall and Agile SDLC experience as we have a variety of projects and
project methodologies

- Experience with networks, database management systems, load balancers,
security and encryption methods

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for running meetings,
documenting Test Plans, Test Results and Status Reports





*Position: Guidewire Policy Center Developer Contract: 6-12+ months to

Must: Rating Experience-at least general experience but especially Policy
Center Rating,   Integration Experience is a must.

           Configuration developers who have done a little of integrating
would not work.

*POSITION SUMMARY:  *The Claim Center Lead Developer/Architect must have a
strong understanding of open systems architecture including integrations
with vendor packages, relational databases, message queues, web services
and legacy systems.  This role will also provide the necessary software
development leadership to the development team and help ensure that the
architectural vision is correctly realized during the development and
support the team through the release of code to production.



*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: *The following are the usual, basic and essential
