We have an excellent job opportunity with one of our client. *Title: Sr.BI Developer with MicroStrategy* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: 6+months Interview: Phone & Face to Face* *Job Description:* Role will be responsible for working closely with project management, business stakeholders, and both technical and non-technical users to develop enterprise data warehouse and reporting in MicroStrategy. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of MicroStrategy, and a strong analyst background, particularly in the areas of technical requirements gathering and testing. *Responsibilities: * • Partner with technical staff to understand source system functionality and limitations • Work with business leadership to gather and document functional requirements in common terms • Capture and communicate design requirements through prototyping and functional BI tool demonstration. • Lead presentation layer Unit and Integration Testing activities and assist in User Acceptance Testing as needed • Sample and compare data within new and existing subject areas • Monitor and refine dashboards and reports, work with business members to ensure solutions are adopted and fully leveraged • Analyze flat file imports for standardization and data integrity • Develop an understanding of the current end-to-end BI platform architecture to help support deployed solutions • Develop training and documentation for end-users as needed • Work with database administrators to improve overall performance and eliminate report/query redundancy *Qualifications:* *• *Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or similar • 6+ years' experience with data analysis, query design, reporting/visualization using BI tools, including MicroStrategy. • Knowledge and experience working with data warehousing concepts, terminology and architecture • Experience in report modeling and dashboard design • Expert knowledge of SQL and data extraction methodologies • Experience with OBIEE and EBS desired, but not required • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently or in a team • Ability to adapt to fast paced and rapidly changing environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools * SKILL MATRIX * Experience with data analysis, query design, reporting/visualization using BI tools, including MicroStrategy Experience in report modeling and dashboard design Experience working with data warehousing concepts, terminology and architecture *Thanks & Regards,* *Archana* *Technical Recruiter* *Sage Group Technologies Inc. * *www.sagegroupinc.com* <http://www.sagegroupinc.com/> 3400 Highway 35, Suite # 9, Hazlet, NJ 07730 *W: 732-767-0010 x 227 | D: 732-658-5828* *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
