*Position: Release Analyst Location: 6-12 monthsDuration: San Rafael, CA* · Understand / Learn (first 2 weeks): o Various teams, their roles and responsibilities and how they work with Access Delivery (e.g. Axon, BRE, NPI and Products) o how product builds are generated by product teams o the Build Release Engineering (BRE) process and how builds are migrated from BRE Servers to Akamai CDN o Akamai CDN NetStorage environment where Autodesk products are served from o SharePoint sites built for – Product Lifecycle Tracker (PLT), Supply Chain Online Release Engineering System (SCORES) o communication expectations, frequency and mode of communication · Operational or Systems Activities (2.5 months): o Help deploy product builds to Akamai CDN using Unix Scripts in the event of automated migration failure o Review SharePoint SCORES requests, prioritize daily and weekly work o Help release Binaries to Akamai CDN after verifying product metadata, syncing up data with SAP and SFDC using TxShuttle, normally within 8-24 hours o Verify download URLs, fix issues o Help release Print and ISO files to Arvato (Autodesk’s vendor) o Field queries, provide responses, and escalate issues as needed o Communicate status with individual product teams, Delivery Systems management
