Position: .Net Developer Job Description · Senior developer in implementing strategic financial applications. · Responsible for technical design, development (Web applications), and support of infrastructure, applications and other components and processes. · Participate in planning, development of specifications, project plans, and other supporting documentation and processes. · Development of application as a full time developer. · Aid in planning future requirements. Required Skills: · Proven ability in development of web and data integration applications. · Superior ability to develop web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, SignalR, CSS, Ajax, JQuery, JavaScript etc. · Experience in Angular JS and/or React JS. · Experience in Entity framework performance tuning. · Expertise in web services, WCF and WebAPI. · Strong understanding of design patterns, architecture and best practices in development and deployment. · Strong refactoring skills. · Practices Test driven development and does continuous integration. · Ability to manage concurrent projects while meeting project deadlines; · Detail oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team; · Good analytical and problem solving skills. · Superior communication skills; ability to write clear, concise technical documentation, while also being able to communicate effectively with senior management, clinicians, etc. · Demonstrated skills in providing accurate project coding timelines and estimates; · Extensive experience in Object-Oriented Programming and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies including Agile. · Demonstrated experience in recommending technology solutions, techniques, and processes for department- and/or corporate-wide implementations Desired Skills: · Knowledge of finance industry, terminology, data, and data structures. · Experience with Angular JS or equivalent JS framework. · Knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically Redis. · Has used any UI control suite, preferably Kendo UI. · Ongoing interest in learning new and emerging technologies and processes. · Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
