*Responsibilities:* Bachelor's Degree- MIS, CIS, Liberal Arts, Business, Economics, Marketing, or Health Care designation study directed towards health care or insurance or equivalent experience. *-Web Application Experience preferred. * Minimum 7 years broad IT experience covering multiple areas of IT such as testing, business analyst, development, data management, IT project management, IT audit, system administration, etc. 2- 4 years IT testing experience with at least two years filling a test lead role for IT projects with medium to high complexity. This would include successfully developing and executing testing utilizing industry standard testing methodologies or processes to plan testing, develop test cases, execute testing and report on defects. This would include reporting on testing status utilizing metrics as well as ensuring test coverage of requirements. Ability to design and document processes Knowledge of various Information Technology platforms (Client/Server, Data Warehouse, Internet/Intranet, Electronic Commerce, Mainframe) and how each fits within and/or complements the enterprise architecture Demonstrated understanding of and experience with system development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to coordinate work of other team members and facilitate work including proven ability to use resources effectively and efficiently. Includes ability to coach and mentor teammates Demonstrated ability to manage business expectations and knowledge and understanding of business dynamics Exceptional communication skills, including issue resolution, negotiation and conflict management. Strong time management and organizational skills. Good understanding of business continuity concepts and value. Knowledge of relevant compliance regulations and standards Ability to operate with general direction/minimal supervision. Ability to think strategically, and to mold IT project testing to meet business requirements. Ability to see a task through to completion independently or as a team member. Analytical ability and strong problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to produce results. Ability to understand and ensure alignment with Wellmark technical and business strategy.
