Thorough with Ab Initio ETL best practices and coding standards. 8+ years of IT experience 5+ years Technology specific experience (Ab Initio, Unix, Teradata and/or DB2) 2-3 years experience in financial/campaigns applications domain 2-3 years of work delegation and project leadership experience Leads multiple work-streams in delivering solutions Leads multiple projects Works independently with minimal oversight to drive results Data mapping experience in implementation and design (5+yrs.) ETL experience in implementation and design (5+yrs.) Demonstrated ability to lead end to end ETL projects and teams Demonstrated ability to reduce defect counts, improve code quality and deliver stable applications Demonstrated ability to perform efficient code reviews and detect potential functional defects Knowledgeable of the client processes and procedures (Past the client experience insimilar capacity/role is highly preferred) Strong communication skills - Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members), Integration team partners, Project managers, Business intent owners, Developement and QA team members.
