Test data preparation based on business requirements / test cases. 5. SQL knowledge to find the test data in existing systems. 6. Test cases execution. 7. Tools experience (e.g. CaliberRM for business requirements / Test Director / Quality Center for test cases / defect management). 8. Good communication skills – coordination with End Clients / Business Analysts / Development Teams. 9. Result oriented and take ownership.
