The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and results-oriented IT
professional, with leadership, analysis and functional experience in the
implementation and support of advanced business and technology solutions.
This position requires an individual with confidence and a proven track
record in working with multi-dimensional and cross functional teams in the
delivery of efficient and effective Human Resource solutions. Excellent
communication and listening skills are required in the daily interactions
with a variety of roles and authority levels inside the company.
• Candidate should have minimum of 5-7 years
hands-on experience implementing Oracle HRMS and Benefits modules (at least
one implementation should be a Global implementation)
• Must have a strong track record of delivering
Oracle HRMS solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of
business
process analysis, requirement definition, and solution
design.
• At least 1-2 full end to end HRMS
implementation project cycles
• *In depth functional working knowledge of the
following applications: Oracle Core HR, i-Recruitment, OAB, including Fast *
* Formulas, Oracle HR Self-Service, Compensation Work Bench
and Performance Appraisals*
